This look delicious and is done with Anisette (anise-flavored liqueur) by the recipe maker.
- 160 g Plain flour
- 170 g Sugar
- 3 - Eggs
- 150 g Butter
- 11 g Baking powder
- 11 g Vanilla sugar
- 1 - Orange
- 2 teaspoon Anisette (anise-flavored liqueur) Optional
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the normal sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a creamy mixture
Add gradually the plain flour, the baking powder and mix well together
Melt the butter and stir it in the mixture
Collect the Orange zest.
And squeeze the orange juice into your batter.
Add also the Anisette
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees celsius, while buttering and sprinkling the pan with flour.
Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes.
Let it cool completely before serving
