This is a very appreciated French Guianese delicacy. It's served especially during festivities like the Carnival, Dancing, Parties ... Children enjoy it all through the day, particularly if the family has a mango tree in the garden.
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 slice Hot Pepper Scotch Bonnet
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
- 1 pinch Brown Sugar
- 1 piece Garlic Optional
Peel mango's skin with a knife.
- Use a grater if the mango is well green
- Cut in thin slice if the mango is slightly yellow and soft
Add Ingredients in the above order.
Mix well in a bowl.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
